Gather the debris, access, timing, and material details needed for a construction debris pickup estimate.

Build a useful pickup brief

1. Materials

Name each debris type and disclose anything painted, treated, wet, sharp, dusty, dense, or suspect.

2. Volume

Measure pile length, width, and average height. Share the largest piece and estimated number of bags or bundles.

3. Access

Note stairs, gates, elevators, slopes, parking rules, carry distance, and where a vehicle can legally stage.

4. Timing

State whether this is a one-time pickup, final cleanup, or one of several project phases.
